These terms cover use of the public InterSesh marketing website. They do not establish terms for use of the clinical application, which would require its own applicable arrangements.

Informational use

This website introduces InterSesh and allows interested professionals to request early-access communications. Please use it lawfully and avoid attempting to disrupt the website, bypass its safeguards, or submit misleading, harmful, or unauthorized information.

No medical advice or emergency service

The website provides product information, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or individualized clinical guidance. Viewing it, joining the list, or contacting InterSesh does not establish a clinician-client relationship.

The website and early-access form are not monitored as emergency services. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services available in their location. Do not send client, patient, or other protected health information through the form.

Early access and product development

Expressing interest does not guarantee access, an invitation to a pilot, a particular feature, or a release date. Access may be offered subject to suitability, capacity, and separate terms. Features, availability, and interface designs may change before launch.

Product screens illustrate the interface at the time they were captured. Descriptions of behavioral signals refer to information intended to support clinician review, and do not promise particular clinical outcomes.

Intellectual property

The InterSesh name, branding, website copy, interface images, and other materials are owned by InterSesh or their respective rights holders. You may view the website and share links to it for lawful informational purposes. Permission is required to reproduce or use protected materials beyond what applicable law allows.
