InterSesh is operated by Jamieson D. Cobbs, carrying on business as InterSesh, a sole proprietor. You can contact us at jamieson@getintersesh.com about this website, the application or privacy questions. The Website Privacy Policy covers the public marketing website; the App Privacy Policy covers application accounts and information handled through application features. The Website Terms and App Terms apply to their respective services.
Information you provide
This public website has no registration or contact-submission form. If you email the published contact address, we receive the address and information you choose to provide and use it to respond to your inquiry. Please do not send patient identifiers, clinical records, protected health information or account credentials. Contacting us does not authorize real-information use in the application.
Website hosting and correspondence
Netlify hosts the public site. Titan Email handles ordinary correspondence associated with the published contact address. Suppliers can process information outside Canada. Requests involving clinical or broader application records use the restricted process described in the App Privacy Policy. A visitor's public-site analytics choices do not control application security logging or establish clinical-data handling permissions.
Website analytics
Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics are not currently activated on this public website. You can save a Google Analytics preference by choosing Yes or No and change it using Analytics preferences. If Google Analytics is activated, this website loads it only after Yes; changing to No stops further optional Google Analytics collection controlled by that choice. It does not undo information already sent. Cloudflare public-site measurement, if activated, is separate from the Google Analytics choice. Hosting and security logs are separate from either optional analytics service.
Local preferences
The site may store your analytics choice in your browser so it does not ask on every page load. You can reopen the analytics preference control from the footer.
Security and retention
We limit ordinary information to its stated purposes, review what is still needed, and remove it when no longer justified, subject to applicable duties and holds. Necessary consent, incident or request evidence can follow a separate justified schedule. You can ask us to stop optional product updates or raise an access, correction or privacy concern using our published contact address. Do not include clinical details or credentials in the initial message.
We use safeguards appropriate to the information and the website. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Clinical application
The application is covered by the App Privacy Policy and App Terms. Viewing the website or contacting us does not authorize application access or real client information in staging. Analytics must not receive clinical information, patient identifiers, form contents or identifying application or response links.
