Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
This policy explains how InterSesh handles information collected through its public marketing website and early-access form.
This is not the privacy policy for the clinical application. Do not submit client, patient, or other protected health information through this website or its early-access form.
Information you choose to provide
When you join the early-access list, we collect your name, email address, and professional role. If you choose to provide them, we also collect your organization or practice name and your response about what you hope InterSesh could help with. We may also receive information you include when emailing us.
Basic technical information
Our hosting provider may process basic website and server logs, such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, timestamps, and information needed to operate the website, handle submissions, prevent spam, or investigate errors.
This website does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. It does not use optional tracking cookies or local storage in its own code. Hosting and form services may process technical information as part of delivering their services.
How we use information
We use the information you submit to respond to inquiries, manage early-access interest, discuss suitable pilot or feedback opportunities, send the launch and product updates you requested, and understand what prospective users need. We also use relevant technical information to maintain and protect the website and form.
Service providers and disclosures
The website and early-access form use Netlify for hosting and submission handling. Information may also be processed by the email service used to receive submissions and contact you. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices, and processing may occur outside your country.
We do not sell early-access contact information. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the website and the rights of those who use it.
Your choices and communications
Providing information through the form is voluntary. Name, email, and role are required to join the list; the remaining fields are optional. The form explains the communications you are requesting before you submit it.
You can ask to stop receiving early-access or product emails, update your details, or request access to or deletion of the information you provided by emailing jamieson@getintersesh.com. We may need to verify that the request is yours, and will consider requests subject to applicable requirements.
Retention and security
We keep submitted information while it is reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including managing the early-access list and responding to inquiries. Retention can also depend on operational, recordkeeping, and legal requirements. A deletion request may not immediately remove copies held in routine service-provider backups.
We aim to use reasonable administrative and technical precautions appropriate to this marketing website. No website, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. This policy does not make claims about clinical-data safeguards or healthcare compliance certifications.
Other websites and policy changes
External websites have their own privacy practices. This policy may be updated as the website or its information practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision; where required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent for material changes.
